We provide non-medical in-home care for seniors—typically helping with companionship, safety supervision, meal prep, light housekeeping, showering, toileting, transportation and medication reminders.

Yes—orientation is paid, and you’ll also have a shift with a Lead Caregiver so you feel confident before working independently.

It depends on completing documents and credentials, but we aim to move quickly and keep the process clear and organized. The average time to start is 7 days.

Yes. We have shifts 7 days a week. Overnight shifts pay $22.00/hour.

Yes. A member of our leadership team will introduce you to the client and family for a warm handoff (when possible). If you’re joining an existing case, we’ll also pay you to train/shadow with the current caregiver so you feel fully prepared. 

You’ll never be thrown into a new case alone—we do warm handoffs and paid shadow shifts.

Credentials & Requirements

  • Current CPR & First Aid certification
  • Fingerprint Clearance Card: you must apply before your first shift and provide proof of application
  • Valid car insurance that shows your name on the insurance card
  • Negative TB test

Screenings

  • Applicants must be able to pass:
