Scheduling & Availability
Focused Care Visits are scheduled a little differently to ensure reliability and consistency.
- Sunland selects the day and time window based on caregiver routes
- We will take client preferences into consideration when possible, but with shorter shifts we can’t guarantee a specific day/time
Example: If mornings are preferred, we’ll do our best to accommodate — but the confirmed day/time window will depend on caregiver routing once schedules are finalized.
This approach allows us to staff responsibly, avoid last-minute cancellations, and ensure caregivers arrive prepared and supported.

Focused Care Visits are $50 per hour.
How does scheduling work?
Sunland schedules the day and time based on caregiver routes. We’ll consider your preferences when possible, but cannot guarantee specific times for shorter visits.
What is your cancellation policy?
We require 7 days’ notice to cancel services. If you need to change a shift due to a conflict, we ask for 3 days’ notice so we can adjust staffing.

From the first call to set up service Sunland Home Care has provided nothing but top-notch service. Set up caregivers for my mom as post-hospital care and the service and staff were amazing. Met with the owner Traci, and it seems great service trickles down. They were able to start service at the last minute and were extremely accommodating.
