The staff is so nice and Sunland really cares about what the clients wants and needs are. Also, I can get a hold of Traci, the president, or Jeff, the operations manager, at any time because they care for their clients. Personalization is key to Sunland’s success.

If there were 10 stars, I would give them all 10. I cannot say enough about the care Sunland has given my friend over the past year. They literally saved her life twice with their extraordinary attention. I came to know most of the caregivers and nurses and observed them all interact with her. They were always professional, of course, but their compassion and individual attention is what impressed me most. On several occasions, we needed to increase Sunland visits and their response was immediate.

Our family has been tremendously blessed by the care extended to my mother and my father from Traci and her in-home caregivers. They have been instrumental in providing care with kindness to such an extent that they have become trusted friends to our family. I highly recommend Sunland Home Care for your loved ones needs.

From the first call to set up service Sunland Home Care has provided nothing but top-notch service. Set up caregivers for my mom as post-hospital care and the service and staff were amazing. Met with the owner Traci, and it seems great service trickles down. They were able to start service at the last minute and were extremely accommodating. Traci was also helpful with referring various other services for my aging parents such as maid service and medication management. While we will continue to use their service going forward, I would not hesitate in the slightest to recommend them to friends and family.
